Annual Events
You may want to plan your trip to Arizona to coincide with annual events such as the Rainbows Festival in October, Phoenix Pride Festival in April or the Arizona Gay Rodeo Association Road Runner Regional Rodeo in February.

LGBT Community
The state features the only statewide education and advocacy organization, Equality Arizona, and a very active chapter of the Human Rights Campaign. Arizona is also home to the Southwest Center for HIV/AIDS, the largest clinical trial, education, behavioral health and nutrition support center dedicated to fighting HIV and AIDS in the Southwestern United States.
