Internet Listing - All members of the Tempe Arizona Tourism Bureau are given a listing on the TCVB Web site, which includes business name, address, phone and fax numbers, image, business web address and a brief description of the business. That listing is then hyper-linked to the member's Web site. The Tempe CVB Web site receives an average of 50,000 visits per month.
Publications - Members of the Tempe Arizona Tourism Bureau receive a listing and are given first opportunity to advertise in the Visitors Guide (100,000 printed per year), and Group & Sports Planning Guide (1,000 printed per year). They can also participate in various seasonal or sports packages produced each year.
Brochure Distribution - Members of the Tempe Arizona Tourism Bureau are entitled and encouraged to provide brochures, menus or flyers regarding special promotions, which will be displayed in our visitor's center: 51 W. Third Street, Suite 105, Tempe, AZ 85281. The Tempe CVB has, on average, 1,800 walk-in visitors and more than 22,000 telephone or e-mail requests for information each year.
Marketing Opportunities - Members of the Tempe Arizona Tourism Bureau receive the annual TCVB Marketing Plan and are invited to participate in various sales missions, client events, conventions and trade shows. Also, our members have the ability for exposure by distributing coupons at the many amateur and national sporting events held in Tempe each year.
Calendar of Events - The TCVB produces and maintains a monthly public events calendar on our Web site. Members are encouraged to submit events they would like promoted to the 50,000 Web site visitors the TCVB receives each month.
Group Sales Leads - Client-specified leads developed from corporate, association, SMERF, government and sports groups are sent to members that fit the requirements.
Tempe Arizona Tourism Bureau Travel Trade Leads - Leads developed from tour operators, group tour leaders, AAA offices and travel agents are distributed to TCVB members only.
Media Leads - In cooperation with our consortium members, media assistance is often requested from the Communications Department. Media leads will be sent to members that fit the requirements.
Host Opportunities - Members of the Tempe Arizona Tourism Bureau are encouraged to get involved by sponsoring or hosting functions, accommodations, meals or entertainment for meeting planners, travel agents, tour operators and various media.
Networking Opportunities - Site visits or presentations for the TCVB staff and social functions such as our Annual Luncheon and mixer give members the opportunity to network with the greater Tempe community.
Service Leads / Partner Referrals - The TCVB provides information about members' services to meeting planner clients and distributes client-specific requests for information and leads to generate business for our members.
